Hello Baby Girls…

Two week old Twin girls need a warm welcome into the world. Although they shared the same womb that doesn’t mean they need to share the same card!

Card #1:

Using Stampin Up’s First Steps Stamp set, I stamped the tiny footprints and a beautiful sentiment using Versamark and heat embossed it all using Brutus Monroe’s Sterling Embossing powder on Simon Says Stamp’s Cardstock in Cotton Pink. I used a heart edge border punch to decorate the edge.

I adhered this onto a panel of Recollections’ Iridescent White cardstock measuring approximately 4.25×5 inches. I applied a panel of craft foam to the panel and attached everything to a card base measuring 4.25×5.5 inches… Done!

Card #2:

I absolutely LOVE this stamp. Sooo sweet. It could be used as both a welcome or sympathy card. But this one is definitely for a happy welcome!

I stamped the both the image in Versamark ink and heat embossed it using Brutus Monroe’s Sterling Embossing powder. For the sentiment I stamped in Catherine Pooler Dye Inks in ‘It’s a Girl’ and heat embossed using Brutus Monroe’s ‘Fairy Dust’ embossing powder.

I then used an EK Success edge punch to decorate the trim of the main panel and adhered it to a panel of pink glitter cardstock measuring approximately 4 x5.25 inches. I backed it with craft foam and attached it to a card base measuring approximately 4.25×5.5 inches… Card #2 complete!
